work of numerous local artisans, surrounded by gardens

minute walk into the Village of Tivoli. Heats with
wood and propane.

an intimate weekend.
We have hosted yoga groups, outdoor adventure companies,
magazine editorial boards, mens groups, wedding
parties, college alumni gatherings, bands, film
shoots, Chi Kung classes, the local Ladies Arm Wrestling
League, dance companies...
4 films have been shot here, 3 books written, 2
cds rehearsed... all have been gestated and brought
to fruition in this creative sanctuary. The Barn
has been witness to many engagements, marriage proposals,
honey moons and weddings.

LOCALE
Tivoli is an interesting village possessing numerous
restaurants including vegetarian, Mexican, Japanese,
International, Spanish, Pizza and a good bakery
and deli. It has close access to the Hudson River
and a 400 acre estuary, Tivoli Bays which provides
good kayaking, canoeing opportunities and hiking
trails. Bard College with an eclectic mix of architecture
set in a lovely pastoral campus with renown theatre
and music programs is ten minutes down the road.
The Hudson Valley region has much to explore.

to charge 8.125% NY Sales Tax.
